Automated Emails Aren't Being Received

If you or someone you you have invited in SignAgent have not received an email, here are the steps to ensure that emails are getting through. 

  1. Check your spam folder
  2. Check other tags or folders ex. "Promotions"
  3. White label the SignAgent automated email address "signagent@app.signagent.com"
    This is a very important step but may require assistance from your IT department. Without white labelling, all subsequent steps will be impermanent fixes
  4. Resend the email using one of the following methods.
    1. Password reset - Click the "Forgot Password" button again to resend the email 
    2. Company license invitation - Cancel invitation and re-invite the user
    3. Invitation to review - Provide the user with the direct URL to the org in question
    4. Other permissions invite - Provide the user with the direct URL to the org in question  
  5. Contact support@signagent.com to create a temporary link that can be used
