Change Account Email

Whether your work email has changed or you need to change which members of a team are working in SignAgent, the steps below outline how to change the email address for assigned to a license.  

Changing a user's email address can only be done by the person managing/paying for the account. 

1. Access User Settings

Select "licenses" from the user drop down in the top right corner of the screen. 

2. Edit the license of the user

3. Update the email address
