To create a Marketplace profile you need to be an "Admin" or "Billing Owner" within your company who holds an active license. If you need to work on the profile, but don't meet these criteria, please reach out to support@signagent.com
1. When you're at the Marketplace click on the My Profile link in the top left of the page
2. Click on the gear icon on the top right of the page and select the gear icon
3. In the popup press the Edit Profile button
From here you can make any necessary changes.
