Installing in SignAgent Mobile

Before starting, ensure that all data is synced. Check out this article on syncing for more information.

1. Find the project

From the dashboard you can:

  1. Filter to installation projects
  2. Search for a project by name
  3. This screenshot shows two installation projects. The teal is an install project set up through "Build" licensing while the orange uses "Designer" licensing. For the experience in-app they are very similar and won't make a difference to the steps outlined in this article.

2. Select the location

You will be presented with a list of locations to select. The grey number lists how many signs you have access to install on each plan.

3. Navigate

Using pinch to expand and drag to move, find where the sign you're about to install is located on the blueprints/map. Tapping on a sign marker on the map will open the information for that sign.

Alternatively, click on the 3 lined menu button to open a list of signs and their current status.

4. Install

Tapping on a sign will open two options at the bottom of your screen. The "i" will open the info pane about the sign and the camera will allow you to take a photo of an installed sign (this can be done from within the info pane as well).

Scroll to the bottom of the sign and use the

  1. Camera button to capture a photo of the installed sign
  2. Approve button to confirm the sign has been installed or the reject button to leave a comment about why the sign couldn't be
  3. Arrow to move on to the next sign or tap on the map to close the sign's info pane and select the next sign manually

You've now captured your first installed sign. Everything else in this article is about information you can find in the sign and how to navigate faster.
