How does Marketplace fit into SignAgent?
Marketplace is a feature within the SignAgent platform. It complements existing workflows by making it easier to find service providers when planning or managing signage projects.
Is it free to create a Marketplace service profile?
Yes. Creating a service profile in Marketplace is free; however, the services you can list depend on your SignAgent license. You must have the appropriate license for each service you want to offer. If a required license is not active on your account, that service will not be available to select or publish.
If you’re unsure which license you have, visit your account settings or contact your SignAgent administrator.
What Marketplace Is Not
Is Marketplace a job board?
No, not at this time. Marketplace does not support job postings, applications, or bidding.
Is Marketplace a hiring or payment platform?
No. SignAgent does not handle hiring, contracts, payments, or negotiations between users.
Does Marketplace guarantee work?
No. Creating a profile does not guarantee inquiries, work, or outcomes.
Eligibility & Approvals
Are there eligibility requirements?
Yes. You must have a SignAgent account and meet Marketplace guidelines to create a profile.
How does the approval process work?
After submitting a profile, it is reviewed by the SignAgent team before appearing in Marketplace.

Who can view Marketplace profiles?
Marketplace profiles can be viewed by anyone with a SignAgent account.
How are profiles found?
Profiles can be browsed and explored within Marketplace using categories and filters.
What information is visible on a profile?
Profiles include details such as services offered, experience, coverage area, and contact information provided by the vendor.
Why are profiles reviewed?
Profiles are reviewed to ensure they meet Marketplace guidelines and accurately represent the service provider.
How long does a profile review take?
Review timelines may vary. Most profiles are reviewed within a few business days.
What happens if changes are required before publishing?
If changes are needed, SignAgent will notify the service provider via email and ask them to update their profile to meet outlined criteria before it can be published.
How can I update my profile after it's published?
You can edit your Marketplace profile at any time from "My Service Profile" in Marketplace.
What changes trigger a re-review?
Significant updates to profile content may require review before appearing publicly.
Can I hide or delete my profile?
Yes. You can hide your profile temporarily or delete it permanently from Marketplace settings.
How Contact Works
How do users connect with a service provider?
Users connect by contacting the service provider directly using the contact methods listed on the profile.
How does communication happen?
All communication happens outside of SignAgent using the contact details shared by the service provider.
Does the Marketplace support in-platform messaging?
Not at this time. In-platform messaging may be considered in a future release.
What happens after initial contact?
Any discussions, agreements, or next steps happen directly between the user and the service provider.
