These guidelines outline expectations for using the SignAgent Marketplace. They are intended to help maintain a high-quality, trustworthy experience for everyone using the platform.

By creating or interacting with a Marketplace profile, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Profile quality expectations

Marketplace profiles should clearly and accurately represent your business and the services you offer.

We expect profiles to:

  • Use clear, accurate descriptions of services and experience
  • Reflect services you actively provide
  • Use a professional, respectful tone

Profiles should help organization owners quickly understand who you are, what you do, and whether you may be a good fit.

Acceptable content

Marketplace profiles may include:

  • Professional, factual information about your business
  • Examples of real work you’ve completed
  • Accurate descriptions of your capabilities and experience

All content should be truthful and relevant to signage-related services.

Prohibited content

Marketplace profiles must not include:

  • Misleading, exaggerated, or false claims
  • Spam, sales-driven, or overly promotional language
  • Offensive, inappropriate, or discriminatory content
  • Scraped, copied, or copyrighted material you do not have permission to use

Content that violates these guidelines may be removed.

Use of external links

You may include links to external sites such as your website or social media profiles.

External links must:

  • Be relevant and professional
  • Direct users to the destination described
  • Relate directly to your business or services

Links must not:

  • Mislead users or redirect unexpectedly
  • Lead to unrelated marketing funnels or promotions

Conduct and communication

All communication related to the Marketplace should be professional and respectful.

You are expected to:

  • Communicate respectfully with other users
  • Avoid harassment, pressure tactics, or inappropriate behaviour
  • Use contact information only for its intended purpose

Misuse of contact details or unprofessional conduct may result in enforcement action.

Marketplace integrity

To protect the integrity of the Marketplace:

  • Scraping or harvesting Marketplace data is not permitted
  • Reselling or redistributing Marketplace data is not permitted
  • Attempts to bypass safeguards or restrictions are not permitted

These actions undermine trust and may result in immediate enforcement.

Moderation and enforcement

SignAgent may review Marketplace activity and profiles to ensure these guidelines are followed.

If a violation is identified, SignAgent may:

  • Issue a warning
  • Request changes to a profile
  • Temporarily hide or remove a profile
  • Suspend or revoke Marketplace access

There is no guarantee of appeal. Enforcement decisions are made to protect the Marketplace and its users.

Updates and changes

These guidelines may evolve as the Marketplace develops.

Continued use of the Marketplace after updates are made indicates acceptance of the revised guidelines.
