Mobile - Update Sign's State

There are two options for moving an individual sign's states:

1. Advance to the next state
2. Select a specific state
   

If you have selected option 2 you will be presented with an option at the bottom of the screen. Select, "Update State". 

Now select which state to move this sign to.
