Unfortunately this article won't help move anyone out of a state of denial
To move a sign from one state to another, we're either going to select an individual sign or bulk select multiple signs at once. See this article on bulk selection for more information.
Selected signs will show the project and state that the sign is currently in is
When editing multiple signs with different state information, this section will say "values differ" instead. All signs can still be moved to the same state using the dropdown.
The drop-down will let us select and move the signs to any state. Most of the time, this will be to the next state in the process however you can also move signs:
- backwards
- skip states
- move signs to states in completely separate projects
Once we've selected the state and project that we want, we're going to simply hit Ctrl/Cmd +S or scroll to the bottom to save.
