Who Should Be The Organization Owner?
As A Sign Vendor
Your project database can continue to provide value long after delivery. Inviting a client representative to become the organization owner is one step toward a successful project handoff and helps support the transition from project delivery to ongoing sign asset management.
What is an organization owner?
An organization owner is the person designated to represent the client organization that owns or operates the facilities and signs managed in SignAgent.
The role confers view-only access to the organization. It requires an account but not a paid license.
Who should be assigned as the organization owner?
The organization owner should be an authorized representative of the client, not someone from an external design or build partner. This might be a staff member responsible for facilities, signage, or asset management.
