Potential KPIs
Listed below are KPIs that some organisations have tracked during their pilot project. It is focused around the most common pain points SignAgent is used to address. This is by no means an exhaustive list, so please work with your dedicated CSM to ensure the metrics that matter most to you are a focus during onboarding.
Data Collection & Categorization
KPI 1 – Time to capture photos and positional information
Benchmark the time required to document an average floorplan using SignAgent versus previous methods.
KPI 2 – Time to categorize signage data
Measure time to assign attributes (type, condition, material, etc.) per sign. SignAgent eliminates the need for Excel, camera folders, and manual floorplan updates.
Design Efficiency
KPI 3 – Time to generate a sign template
Evaluate the time investment to create a simple sign template and compare with traditional artwork creation. Comparisons should reflect the total number of signs that will be created throughout the life of the sign standard.
Project Work
KPI 4 – Time to generate scope for a new project
Includes both large scale projects and day-to-day maintenance.
KPI 5 – Time to generate standard reports
Benchmark time to produce reports for a range of sign counts (e.g., 10, 100, 1000)
KPI 6 – Time to update messaging and plot new signs
Compare field-based updates in SignAgent to multi-platform manual methods.
KPI 8 – Accuracy and speed of artwork change approvals
Track version control, approval timelines, and communication efficiency.
Installation Process
KPI 9 – Time to install signs and create end-of-day reports
Track both speed and accuracy of installation and punchlist creation. Measure the time to arrive at final sign-off documentation.
KPI 10 – Number of revisions required in the final punchlist
Assess the quality and completeness of data captured upstream.
