Sending Mobile Logs

1. Open Settings

To access mobile settings, click on the 3 lined menu button in the top, left corner of the homepage.

2. Select "Contact Support"

3. Fill Out Information

  1. Ensure the "Include logs" toggle is on
  2. Describe the issue you're seeing or if that has already been communicated enter any character or word into the comments space
  3. Select "Send"

Remember to check whether you have a stable internet connection as that may not always be available on site
