Sending Mobile Logs
1. Open Settings
To access mobile settings, click on the 3 lined menu button in the top, left corner of the homepage.
2. Select "Contact Support"
3. Fill Out Information
- Ensure the "Include logs" toggle is on
- Describe the issue you're seeing or if that has already been communicated enter any character or word into the comments space
- Select "Send"
Remember to check whether you have a stable internet connection as that may not always be available on site
