This is a known bug that our team is working to isolate and address.
If you've created or made changes that are not appearing when a reviewer logs into an organisation, this bug is likely to blame. We're sorry for the inconvenience but please follow the steps below to resolve the issue until a permanent fix is implemented.
1. Edit the project.
2. Access the "Mandate" tab and toggle on "Use Mandates" and save
3. Turn off mandates and saving again.
