How to Sync
In the top-right corner of every page is a sync button. It lists the last time data was synced and will start a new sync.
OR
The app can only sync when it is open. Navigating to another app will stop the sync.
It is easy to capture a lot of data in the app which means sync times can sometimes be 60+ minutes. It is crucial to leave your app open and screen on during this entire duration.
When to Sync?
Sync before starting work while you still have a stable internet connection. If you are working on a large project that involves downloading thousands of signs it can be a good idea to sync the day before to ensure that everything comes across and your device has enough room for the data.
Sync after finishing work. Once you're done the project your working on or just done for the day sync all the captured data back up the cloud. If surveying over multiple days you will want to sync every day to ensure you don't have hundreds of high resolution photos to upload all at once as this could take several hours.
