When it comes to data, you want to ensure you have everything but the kitchen sync

Check out this article to ensure you sync the right kind of information for the work you're doing.
When to Sync?
Sync before starting work while you still have a stable internet connection. If you are working on a large project that involves downloading thousands of signs it can be a good idea to sync the day before to ensure that everything comes across and your device has enough room for the data.
Sync after finishing work. Once you're done the project your working on or just done for the day sync all the captured data back up the cloud. If surveying over multiple days you will want to sync every day to ensure you don't have hundreds of high resolution photos to upload all at once as this could take several hours.
How to Sync
In the top-right corner of every page is a blue sync button. It lists the last time data was synced and will start a new sync.
Sync Not Working?
If the sync is not working or an error pops up during syncing, don't panic. The information is still stored on your device and so nothing is lost.
DO NOT uninstall the app as that will remove all information that has been captured, but instead reach send a mobile log using the steps outlined here to support@signagent.com and our team will help.
