Step 1.
Change all text in your template to "X".
It can be helpful to have example text in a template when working on it, but all elements should be changed to a single "X" prior to uploading into SignAgent. This ensures that the program can accurately read the center of the element and properly align to it.
Step 2.
Ensure that all bounding boxes are rectangles and not paths.
Paths are not read by SignAgent as a defining border. This is one of most common reasons that templates do not work as intended when uploaded.
