Training Timeline

Please note that this schedule is intended to be flexible and can be adjusted based on your specific goals and circumstances. We've built in 8 weeks of buffer time to accommodate cancelled meetings, scheduling conflicts, and any additional time needed to fully absorb the material.

Week 1 & 2

Navigation

  • Your team will learn the SignAgent interface, including how to quickly find information using targeted search. We’ll also cover how each sign is classified and the types of related content linked to it, such as plans, messages, and photos.

Terminology

  • We’ll establish a shared vocabulary for working in SignAgent, introducing the core terms and the organizational structure connecting signs, plans, messages, and projects.

Basic Operations

  • Participants will practice creating new signs and updating existing ones, along with uploading blueprints and understanding the key fields required for day‑to‑day work.

Week 3

Project Scope

  • Your team will explore how projects work in SignAgent, including how to monitor and move signs through each stage of the workflow from planning to completion.
  • Participants will practice filtering and organizing signs by status, learning how to define project scope and set priorities for upcoming work.
  • Work hands-on with your customer success representative to begin managing live projects in the system

Permissions

  • Your team will explore the various levels of access in SignAgent, learning how to assign and manage permissions for different user roles to ensure secure and appropriate system access.

Week 4-8

Sign Data Structure

  • Your team will explore how to organize signage data in SignAgent, including reviewing available data types and tools for managing sign information.
  • Participants will work hands-on with your Customer Success representative to customize sign setup to match your organization's standards and workflows.
  • Introduction to artwork automation capabilities and how they can streamline your sign production process

Week 9-12

Pilot Project Implementation

  • Your team will begin entering sign data for your pilot project using the customized structure and workflows configured in previous weeks.
  • Participants will practice transitioning from project setup to daily operations in SignAgent, using the pilot project as a foundation for ongoing work.
  • Your team will learn to track sign progress and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle, building confidence with real-world scenarios.

Week 13

Collaboration

  • Your team will learn how to set permissions and invite people to review or work on your signs, enabling smooth collaboration across departments
  • Participants will practice sharing sign information with fabricators and installers through SignAgent, ensuring all stakeholders have access to what they need.

Reporting

  • Your team will work with your Customer Success representative to customize reporting to meet the needs of various stakeholders

Week 14 & 15

Install Setup

  • Your team will prepare all accounts and permissions for the install project, ensuring everyone has appropriate access from the start.
  • Participants will learn how to set up install actions and configure required fields to track installation progress effectively.
  • Your team will practice inviting all install accounts and establishing the foundation for installation tracking.

Mandates

  • Participants will learn how to utilize mandates to ensure each user has proper granular access to specific sign types, location plans, and other relevant data. Control of this data will help prevent information overload on the mobile app by limiting what each user sees only what they need.

Build Introduction

  • Your team will be introduced to the feature of unlimited install users and learn how this capability supports large-scale installation projects.
  • Participants will begin using the kanban board and practice editing functionality to manage installation workflows efficiently.

Week 16 & 17

Mobile

  • Your team will learn to access reference information and mark signs as installed using the SignAgent mobile app in the field.
  • Participants will practice moving signs through the installation process, updating status in real-time as work progresses.
  • Your team will learn how to generate reports on sign status to keep stakeholders informed throughout the installation phase.

Week 18 Topics

Updates

  • Your team will learn how to adjust or update content after a project is complete, ensuring all information remains current and accurate.
  • Participants will practice managing team updates and permission changes as project needs evolve.

Closing Projects

  • Your team will learn the process for completing projects and closing out outstanding work in SignAgent.
  • Participants will practice maintaining access and control of information after project completion, ensuring archived data remains accessible for future reference.

Versions

  • Your team will learn about the next steps for managing your signage and projects for the upcoming years. At this point we will introduce you to our Version Control, a feature for sign Managers where all information will be stored and maintained.
