What about Back-Ups?

How often is my data backed up? What if I need to recover an older version of one of my organizations?

All data is backed up once a day, unless we're making changes to the system, in which case it is backed up on the spot before pushing the update. These daily updates are stored for one month before being overwritten.

If there is ever a SignAgent issue, our team will be happy to create a backup to restore your data.

If you have removed information from an organisation and require a backup to retrieve it there will be a cost to cover the developer hours required for this process.
